- Sourcing new brands for entry to the region to add interest and variety
- Establishing mall leasing plan defined by areas dedicated to particular sectors
- Defining agreed rental targets on a unit by unit basis
- Preparation of credible revenue projection
- Preparation of Operating Budget
- Outline P&L projection
