The ICF GROUP brings together a highly experienced team of professionals with over seventy years combined international retail and mall development experience at a senior level. This experience covers the full range of those skills which are critical to the successful development and operation of commercial properties, including mall design, leasing, retail delivery and operations.
Over the past twenty years our consultants have been involved at a senior management level in the delivery of a host of successful projects including the Dubai Mall, the Mall of Qatar, Riyadh Front and all of the malls developed by Pasha Inshaat in Azerbaijan.
Our extensive experience in the sector gives us outstanding credibility and immediate access in presenting new developments to a wide range of local and international retail companies.
